Jenna Ohman, Airport Manage

The Watonga Regional Airport is located at the Northwest corner of the City.  It has a 4001 ft x 60 ft lighted runway.  A rotating beacon at the Southwest corner makes night locations easy to find.  It has a lighted windsock and an Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS).  The Field elevation is 1,551 ft and the FAA identifier is KJWG.  It has 18 “T” hangers for rent plus 2 commercial hangers.  A courtesy car gives easy access to the city and Roman Nose State Park.  In addition, its proximity to larger airports makes a good location for student pilots to practice landings.  A lounge and wifi are available.
